- Walk-ins are welcome! However, to ensure prompt service and the full attention of our stylists, we recommend booking an appointment in advance.
- We accept cash and check payments only. Please ensure you have the correct payment method with you to avoid any delays.
- We are a kid-friendly salon! Children are welcome to join their parents/guardians for appointments, and we provide a small play area to keep them entertained.
- Our cancellation policy: We understand that sometimes plans change. However, we kindly request that you provide us with at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. A cancellation fee of $50 will be charged for no-shows or cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice.
- Please arrive on time for your appointment. We understand that delays can happen, but we may need to reschedule your appointment if you are more than 15 minutes late to ensure we have adequate time for your service.
- Our stylists will consult with you before beginning any service to ensure we understand your desired outcome. However, Generations Hair Studio cannot be held responsible for any dissatisfaction with the final result if the client has not clearly communicated their preferences or requested a specific style that is not achievable with their hair type/condition.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone displaying disrespectful, abusive, or inappropriate behavior towards our staff or other clients.
- Our prices are subject to change without notice. Please confirm the price of your desired service at the time of booking.
- We may use gentle, non-toxic products on our clients. If you have any allergies or skin sensitivities, please inform us before your appointment so we can accommodate your needs.
